I have a strong passion for the topic of well being and specifically mental health. It is my mission to break the stigma around mental health in the workplace. 2/3 of the people working through psychological issues don't share their journey with their manager or direct team. Why? I thrive when leading (communication) teams through change and work on building 'Fearless Organizations' and a culture ready to learn from mistakes. In my latest role as Chief of Staff for Western Europe, I lead the internal communication and employee engagement for the area headquarters across around 20 countries. I leverage my communication background, my experience in the Dutch subsidiary and the USA headquarters, and my masterclass in corporate communications from the University of Southern California to support our employees and customers. In my role and outside the organization I am a mentor and coach for (former) colleagues and people in my network. I am a proud member of the Dutch SER Topvrouwen (Social Economical Council Top Women) network.
